Fire
Prevention
October
22, 2008

Today,
Company 6 was invited to participate in Safety Day
activities at Adali Stevenson Elementary in neighboring
Plum Borough assisting Holiday Park Fire Department.
Company 6 sent the fire prevention trailer with
materials and put on an educational program to about
400 children in grades 1st through 6th. After a
tour through the fire prevention trailer, the kids
got to look at the 9-1-1 van, various fire and EMS
apparatus, and view a K-9 demonstration by the Allegheny
County Fire Marshals office. A big thanks goes out
to the Plum Borough School District and Holiday
Park Fire Dept. for inviting us to this worthwhile
cause.
