Companies
5 and 6 were alerted to the Parkway East (I-376)
for a reported vehicle fire. C-50 and E-51 arrived
to find a vehicle with heavy fire involvement. Crews
from E-51used their trash line to start extinguishment.
E-62 arrived and assisted with extinguishment and
clean up. Company 6 crews cleared a short time later
while Company 5 remained for the tow.

Annual Car Cruise

24, 2007
Today,
Company 6 along with the Monroeville Police Benevolent
Association held our annual joint car cruise in
the parking lot. This year, with good weather, we
had a decent turnout. Various types of cars were
represented from antiques and classics to modern
day vehicles. Good music, good cars, and good food
made the day an enjoyable afternoon for everyone.
Thanks to everyone that participated and put all
their hard time to make this a very good success
again this year!
